The National Broadcasting Company in cooperation with the council on books at wartime presents another program on Words at War, which brings to radio important war books. Tonight we present a play based on a book by Lloyd Went, Gunners Get Glory. The adventures of a naval gun crew aboard a merchant ship, torpedoed by a Nazi submarine…twice!
